Thank you - ...I just read your comment on my blog. Thank you - you're so sweet. I know I can make it. There are just some days when I want and need to lock myself in a room for a few minutes to keep myself from freaking out. I hope I'm not the only one who needs that. I would love a road trip. You know, we did just get a natural gas car, so travel isn't as expensive for us now. I know Noah would love to get out of the house too. Don't feel bad about wanting another break. I'm the same way. A couple days off is nice but it only makes me want more because I get that little taste of freedom. Please understand, I love my kids sooooooo much, but you know how it is- motherhood is hard!! I go through ups and downs, and for the last little while I was in an "up" that was lasting longer than usual and was great. But I think I'm coming down from it a little bit, so I'm trying to get back up because I hate the "downs." Listen to me, I'm blabbing on and on, and you're probably thinking I'm a crazy, miserable mom. I'm not. Well, I might be a little crazy, but I'm not miserable. I think I need to stop now writing now.Mariannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08637065699902525493noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8087509985980178741.post-1751266773678480382008-04-25T12:25:00.000-07:002008-04-25T12:25:00.000-07:00I love reading your "nothings." How fun that you got a couple days away. I'm having one of those days and am wishing I could run away for a day or two or three or four...Mariannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08637065699902525493noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8087509985980178741.post-26861676530686076792008-04-25T11:50:00.000-07:002008-04-25T11:50:00.000-07:00I love reading your no news!I love reading your no news!Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03445503949089734883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8087509985980178741.post-50483053702154986472008-04-24T19:05:00.000-07:002008-04-24T19:05:00.000-07:00I LOVE getting away from my girls. Even just a girl's night out will due. Keeps me sane. So sorry to hear about Saylor's teeth. It stinks when your kids are hurting and you can do nothing for them. Oh and amen to your concrete money pit. We planted a few new trees and put in a play set after we had our curbing done, and just to have them pour that small amount of curbing is going to cost us almost as much as it cost us to do our entire yard 2 years ago! Last week she had two bottom (baby) teeth pulled and didn't even know they had pulled her teeth! This week it didn't go as well. She was in a lot of pain and bled all evening. I finally put her to bed at midnight, hoping the bleeding would stop. I haven't checked yet - she's still asleep. I feel so bad for her and so helpless to make her all better.Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06798681298828623888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8087509985980178741.post-60741957189127880882008-04-24T04:34:00.000-07:002008-04-24T04:34:00.000-07:00HOORAY! Besides, absence does make the heart grow fonder. At least you'll have a place to put the blow-up pool this summer, huh?<BR/>Why does Saylor have to have her teeth pulled? That is terrible. I hope it went well.Sharleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13966304298477030346noreply@blogger.com
