Enough With The Boring Health Updates!

I have resolved (in the last five minutes) to stop posting my every thought and move related to this crazy fitness plan we have started. So, to start with, let me share this photo of my baby - whose face epitomizes my precise feelings about chocolate ice cream. Even though I can't eat it, there's no reason why my children can't! Maybe it's my way of sticking it to the man (if the man is the guy on DVD who tortures me every night with lunges and chin ups and sit ups), but I enjoy giving my kids ice cream, and apparently they enjoy receiving it...which is all the excuse I need!

You are hilarious! But I don't know how you can have chocolate ice cream in the house and not get into it. How DO you do it?

Shar, although ice cream has always been my dessert of choice, my teeth becoming hypersensitive to cold has changed my snack-grabbing reflex. So, though I do not sit and watch my children eat it, I can pass by without too many pangs of longing.

That face makes me want to go buy some chocolate ice cream RIGHT NOW!

Have you ever tried Dreyer's Slow Churned ice cream? Tastes amazing and it is like 1/3 of the fat. Not that I am tempting you to eat it, I'm just saying that if you are tempted, that might be the route to go! Oh never mind, I just read about your sensitive teeth, so no need for my useless bit of information.

ps. How cute is that picture!

My teeth have become more sensitive to cold too. I don't like cold drinks even. I would rather have them room temp. And when I brush my teeth, it's gotta be luke warm water. Ice cream is not my favorite anymore...unless it's Cold Stone!
