I am party people.
At least in theory.
This year we finally tested theory, andcome to find out I like planning parties.
I love dressing up. I love decorating. I love cooking. I love shopping. I love everything.
Except being the hostess.
I lack the outgoing personality that is requisite for proper party hostessing.
Small (or large) talk? No thank you.
Participating in the games I planned? Nah.
Watching everyone else have a good time? Heart.
But please, can't I do it in a creepy, just-pretend-I'm-not-here kind of way?
After all, it's MY party...
*If you don't know by now that by entering my house you are, in effect, signing a waver to have your photograph displayed on my blog, then you will never, never, never know me.
*Also, if you don't know who Ty and I are dressed as, shame.
*If you say Kid Rock or Bret Michaels, I disown you. Officially.
*But it's a bad, far-away photo, so I'll just give you a hint: Slash and Axl. I'm Slash. Slash is sexy. Or at least he used to be. The end.

So fun!!
You rock! I mean, not even considering your costume, you rock.
Your house is so pretty, and I try not to covet (well, not very hard) but i am so jealous of your halloween decor. I have been at a loss and you have inspired me. And I love your costumes.. who is bret micheals? jk, dissown me if you must, but that's who came to my mind, but I wasn't really into 80's rock and i attribute that to not having teanage siblings at that time. Anyhow, you look great and your party looks fun.. even if I wasn't invited.
It looks like the party was a success! All the stuff you love, I hate. I would rather just show up and be the host to an already planned party. (Mostly because I can't cook, and I am afraid people won't like my games) Next time I need to have a party I will call party-planner-Andrea.
